Residencial Hispaniola understands that international buyers require turnkey properties. Villa prices include the cost of the construction of the house and outbuilding, fully landscaped lot, swimming pool and kitchen appliances. We also offer various furniture packages for buyers.
Constructions times vary and are dependent upon weather; however, usual build times are between 9-12 months from conception to completion.
There are many different villa models and Hispaniola will also custom build your dream home in the Caribbean. Owners can choose from many styles and colours of tiles, paint, cabinets, garden plants, swimming pools, and roof tiles. They want your tropical home to be completely yours; the way you dream it to look and feel.
All villas are built from solid concrete and are made to withstand the test of time. There is no board or drywall. Even the roof of each villa is made with 6” of poured concrete, covered with clay roof tiles.
Kitchen cabinets are made with solid pine, as are interior and exterior doors. Floors are laid with your choice of ceramic or porcelain tiles.
All bedrooms come standard with remote control air conditioning units. Kitchen appliances are standard stainless steel units.
The landscaped garden will surround your house with a tropical feeling. You can select the pool of your choice from a variety of pool models and prices includes a pool with a surface area of 30 m2 / 322.80 square feet. The 30 m2 / 322.80 square feet of deck area around the pool is built with natural stones.

The rental program enjoys an occupancy rate of 70% over the course of the year. Villa nightly rental rates vary depending on number of bedrooms, but rent at $100/night on the low end, and $175/night on the high side. Unlike many rental management programs, Hispaniola management takes a modest fee of 10% of long term rentals and 15% of short term rentals.
You have the option of additionally marketing your villa, but it is not really necessary. The marketing program is very comprehensive and effective at renting villas. Also unlike many other “rental pools”, we do not require any particular weeks or amount of time for use of your villa; you may stay in your home as long as you wish and rent it the rest of the time.
